Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for the contiguous United States:

Orders $40 or more:
Shipping method: USPS First Class Mail or Ground Advantage
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 business days
Shipment Cost: Free

Orders less than $40:
Shipping method: USPS First Class Mail or Ground Advantage
Estimated Delivery Time: Calculated at checkout
Shipment Cost: Calculated at checkout

Shipping Restrictions

Excluded Locations
At this time, we only provide shipping to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to the following locations: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
POM Fire Safety ships to addresses within the contiguous U.S. Please ensure your delivery address is eligible for USPS delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Damages
POM Fire Safety is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
